The State of Drip — 5 Years and Still Here

Hey friends, It’s hard to believe it’s been five years. Drip has changed a lot since the early days — we made it through COVID, earned our craft brewer’s license, and went from a nitro ice cream shop to a scratch-made, fast-casual kitchen focused on “stupid good” food with a strong focus on gluten-free.

Back then, Andrew and I did it all — every order, every dish, every decision. Today, we’ve got a great crew. Andreia leading the front of the house supported by our baker Michelle, Gessica, Mitchell, Mark and Luce do the magic in the kitchen. Let’s not forget about Nicole currently taking care of a newborn but she’s around Thurs nights and Sundays. Say hello to them next time you stop in, we’re family!

We’ve learned a lot, and we’re proud to still be here — growing, adapting, and staying true to what we do best: making good food that makes people happy. To meet how you’re eating today, we’re introducing The Pan Plan — a pre-order, take-home program for fresh, re-heatable meals for two or four people. Think comfort classics like Chicken Alfredo, Shepherd’s Pie, Beef Stroganoff, Enchiladas, and Chicken Broccoli & Rice. Each one is made from scratch and built to travel well.

Our grass-fed beef is cooked to order, never frozen, and seasoned with nothing but salt and cracked pepper. Our burgers? Just one ingredient: beef.
